This year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Poland. In order to promote traditional friendship, deepen political mutual trust, expand cooperation in various fields at all levels, and drive the bilateral relationship to a higher level, the two sides have agreed to formulate and actively implement an action plan for enhancing comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries (2024-2027).

The following specific content on human exchange cooperation confirmed by both sides:

(I) Both sides are willing to continue enhancing exchanges and cooperation between artists, experts, scholars, and cultural institutions of the two countries, promote civilization exchange and mutual learning. Both sides will further enhance sports exchange and cooperation.

(II) Both sides will earnestly implement the existing cultural cooperation protocol, and initiate friendly consultations on a new round of cultural cooperation protocol.

(III) Both sides are willing to further enhance cooperation in the field of higher education, encourage joint activities between universities of the two countries.

(IV) Both sides attach importance to education and language and culture exchange, and are willing to enhance exchanges of language teachers, compile the first comprehensive Polish-Chinese and Chinese-Polish dictionaries, and promote friendly exchanges between the youth of the two countries.

(V) Both sides reaffirm the importance of the tourism industry in enhancing mutual understanding between the peoples of the two countries and promoting post-epidemic economic recovery.

(VI) Both sides agree to actively promote high-quality and sustainable growth of tourist exchanges between the two countries, and are willing to strengthen cooperation between tourism agencies and industries, and promote practical exchanges in tourism product development. Both sides are willing to further facilitate visa procedures within the framework of their respective laws.

(VII) Both sides support deepening bilateral cooperation at the local level and are willing to hold the next round of the China-Poland Local Cooperation Forum at an appropriate time.
