Since mid-June 2013, the Audit Department of the German Consulate General in Shanghai has started to conduct review interviews. In addition to the regular review, the Shanghai Review Department also handles visa applications from students who have been approved by APS and whose permanent residence is within the jurisdiction of the Consulate General in Shanghai.

【Material Mailing】

Note to applicants under the jurisdiction of the Consulate General of Shanghai (Jiangsu, Anhui, Zhejiang, Shanghai)：

General Domestic applicant procedure (C-Audit Interview procedure): Please send the application materials to the Shanghai Audit Department and remit the audit fee to the Beijing Audit Department account.

Applicants who apply the TestAS, Group Exchange Program (P- program), Short-term Exchange program (A- program), Material Review (D- program) and Pure Art Review program (K - program) , please send the application materials and remittance to the Beijing Review Department.

【Audit Interview】

Students whose permanent residence is under the jurisdiction of the Consulate General in Shanghai (Anhui, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanghai) who participate in the APS audit must normally interview in the Shanghai Audit Department.

Applicants will be notified of the interview by email one to two weeks before the interview time. In verifying the information, other audit materials may be required. Therefore, please provide an accurate email address and phone number when you register, and pay attention to check your email frequently (the first email address when you register) and keep your phone open.

【Email Consultation】

 Applicants in the Shanghai jurisdiction who have questions about material review, or apply for the second or third interview, can send an email to sha-termin[at]aps.org.cn.

Emails that do not provide the above complete information will not be accepted.

【Reexamination Certificate】

Applicants who participate in the reexamination procedure send application materials to the Beijing Audit Department. For details see: Reexamination Certificate.

【Shanghai Visa】

Applicants within the jurisdiction of the Consulate General of Shanghai (Jiangsu, Anhui, Zhejiang, Shanghai) can submit their visas to the Shanghai Review Department.

The reception of the Shanghai Audit Department is no longer open to the public. For consultation, please send email to the Audit department: sha-termin[at]aps.org.cn.

In addition, the Shanghai Review Department will no longer accept in-person submission of application materials, so applicants must submit materials by email.
