In December, the ASP announced a new rule: undergraduate students who passed the spring college entrance examination into Chinese universities are not eligible to apply for study in Germany.

       Only Chinese students who meet the application conditions stipulated by the German Ministers of Culture (KMK) on March 17, 2006 are eligible for admission to German universities. In addition, it must also comply with the relevant regulations of the Center for Foreign Education Systems (ZAB) established by the Secretariat of the Joint Meeting of German Ministers of Culture in the anabin database:

1. 　　Twelve years of study from elementary school to high school
2. 　　Eleven years of study from elementary school to high school
3. 　　Please note that the following applicants are currently not eligible to apply to study in Germany:
4. 　　Students and graduates of two-year colleges and universities in China
5. 　　Students studying in three-year colleges and universities in China
6. 　　Higher vocational education (vocational) students and graduates
7. 　　Undergraduate students who have entered Chinese universities through the spring college entrance examination
8. 　　Adult education (including self-study examination education) students and graduates
9. 　　Have not graduated from high school (except for applicants from art schools and music schools)

    According to this regulation, three types of German universities with academic qualifications and education, Uni (Universität), FH (Fachhochschule) and DH (Duale Hochschule), do not accept domestic undergraduates who passed the spring vocational high school entrance examinations and then transfer to German! So what should domestic vocational education graduates do if they want to study in Germany?

       For these students, they can apply to study in Germany through the following two channels:

　　1. Optional program for college graduates:

　　German university preparatory program ⇒ German undergraduate dual system vocational education ⇒ Work in Germany for 2 years ⇒ Apply for German public FH or DH

　　2. Vocational high school Graduation options:

　　Dual vocational education ⇒ Work in Germany for 2 years ⇒ Apply for German public FH or DH.

　　Students can reasonably plan their study abroad plan according to their actual situation and study abroad successfully!
